Return Policy
Select unopened merchandise sold by Advant may be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please contact Advant for any questions you may have with regards to acceptable returns.

Defective Items - All defective items require a Return Authorization Form (RA) issued by the Technical Support department. Please call Technical Support at 281-444-4014 concerning any issues with equipment. If the issue is not able to be resolved, they will authorize and provide instructions for returning the equipment. A replacement order can be processed upon inspection of the return materials.
